After my comment on the recent COTD COM tutorial code, I thought I'd try to
create the non-COM version of it. Here is what I came up with.
It's quick and simple (read: includes very little error checking) and
hopefully gives you an alternative way of looking at things......

The zip file viewer built into the Developer Toolbox made use
of the zlib library, as well as the zlibdll source additions.
