MSVC Comment Colors

Here's a tip that a lot of people probably already know. On the other hand
I've been using MSVC since version 4 and just realized that I could do this.
Under Tools->Options, under the Format tab if you pick 'Comment' in the
Colors box you can set both the foreground and background colours. I find
it helps to make code 100x more readable.
